 2.1 Unite Donor Platform: Our services provide a platform for individuals and organizations to create and manage funding campaigns to raise funds for various causes, projects, or initiatives. 

2.2 Non-Financial Advice: Our services do not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information provided on our platform is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional advice.

3. User Conduct 

3.1 Compliance: You agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. 

3.2 Accuracy of Information: When using our services, you are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. You understand that false or misleading information may affect the success of your campaign or the trust of donors. 

3.3 Prohibited Activities: You must not engage in any activities that may: a. Violate the rights, privacy, or safety of others; b. Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or purpose; c. Engage in any fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading behaviour; d. Engage in any unauthorized use of our services.

4 . Campaigns and Donations 

4.1 Campaign Creation: When creating a campaign, you agree to comply with our campaign guidelines, which may include requirements for transparency, accuracy, and ethical behaviour. 

4.2 Fund Disbursement: Donations received through our platform will be disbursed to the campaign creator or the designated beneficiary according to the terms specified in the campaign. The Platform reserves the right to deduct applicable fees or charges as described in our fee policy.

4.3 Non-Guarantee: The Platform does not guarantee the success or funding of any campaign, and the decision to contribute to a campaign is solely at the discretion of the donor.

5 . Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6 Third-Party Links and Content Our services may contain links to third-party websites or content. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for any third-party websites, content, or services. Your interactions with any third-party are solely between you and that third-party.

7 Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 7.1 Disclaimers: Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of our services or the success of any campaign. 7.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or these Terms.

8 Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to our services, at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to your violation of these Terms.

9 Intellectual Property Rights 9.1 Ownership: All content, materials, and intellectual property on our platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, text, images, videos, and software, are owned or licensed by the Platform. 9.2 Limited License: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our services solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10 Amendments We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be effective upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

11 Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Jurisdiction].

12 Refund Policy

Donations made through Unite Donor are final and cannot be refunded, except in accordance with Unite Donor’s Refund Policy. All Donation payments are final and cannot be refunded. However, Unite Donor will issue refunds for the following “exceptional” scenarios.

A Campaign has been identified as a fraudulent or violating the terms of service and no funds have yet been transferred to the Recipient towards the same. Unite Donor has decided to refund all the donations to the donors.

A Donation has been identified to have been initiated using an unauthorised payment instrument not belonging to the user by the user (Donor) and the user wishes a refund

Campaign organizer has posted an update that the intended purpose of the fundraising campaign is no longer possible and no funds have yet been transferred to the Recipient towards the same.

Any other claims for refunds shall be honored at the discretion of Unite Donor Team.

All refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment in 7-10 bank working days.
